KidCove Code of Conduct
At KidCove, we maintain a structured, respectful, and safe environment for all students.
Participants are expected to:
• Follow KidCove rules and staff direction
• Treat peers, staff, and adults with respect
• Use safe hands, safe bodies, and appropriate language
• Care for materials, supplies, and shared spaces
• Clean up after themselves and take pride in the environment
• Demonstrate self-control and cooperation during all activities
Unsafe behaviors — including physical aggression, threatening language, elopement (running away), or intentional property damage - are not permitted.
Behavior Philosophy
KidCove uses positive reinforcement and structured guidance. We focus on helping children understand their choices and develop responsibility.
Discipline is never physical or verbally abusive. Consequences are age-appropriate and based on the child’s developmental level and understanding.
In situations where a child’s behavior compromises safety or significantly disrupts the program, parents may be contacted and further action may be required.
