Tutoring and Wellness Circuit
(or Wellness Circuit only)
When students arrive at our Center, they begin our Wellness Circuit—an intentional balance of Mind, Body, and Soul. Each session is customized to meet the individual needs of the child and typically includes 30–60 minutes in each area.
Below is an example of what our programs generally include:
🧠 The Learning Dock (Mind)
Customized academic support may include homework help and organization support, enrichment activities, subject-specific tutoring, interactive math, reading, or science practice, and hands-on STEM projects.
💪 Workout Wharf (Body)
Movement-based activities may include body breaks, yoga, stretching, dancing and music, fitness training activities, and healthy snack breaks.
💙 Mindful Bay (Soul)
Wellness activities may include guided mindfulness, meditation, silent reading, journaling, growth-mindset and self-esteem boosters, listening to music, arts and crafts, and community-based projects.
Families may choose Tutoring + Wellness Circuit or Wellness Circuit-only sessions based on their child’s needs.

Game Night
Who doesn't love a good game night? There are plenty of classic board games guests will love, or take your own! To add some fun, bring a few small prizes for the winners including gift cards, tumblers, or maybe items from the dollar store nearby! Do your own hosting and DIY activities using the party space. $150 2hrs, up to 12 guests
Potluck Party
Let your friends and family help you bring your celebration to life by assigning each guest a different course, dish, or item to bring. Evite is great for that! These gatherings truly allow your guests to stand out, creating an ideal setting for those who prefer not to be the center of attention. Use of Space, up to 12 people $200 3hrs.
Pick a Theme
Bring your decorations, party food, balloons and themed tablecloths up to a day earlier so your room will be all set up and ready! Do your own hosting and DIY activities using the party space. (one helper) $150 2hrs, up to 12 guests
