KidFit and MomFit

At KidCove, we do more than provide high-quality academic support—we focus on the whole child and family. Alongside tutoring and enrichment programs, we offer KidFit, a fun, active circuit designed to help kids build strength, confidence, and healthy habits through movement and play. For parents, we also provide MomFit, a supportive fitness circuit that gives moms a chance to prioritize their own wellness while their children are engaged in safe, structured activities. Together, KidFit and MomFit create a space where learning, health, and family well-being all come together. Not a Mom? Not to worry, we take anyone looking for assistance with their fitness journey! Ages 7-14 follow KidFit pricing, all above follow MomFit.
